July 21st in Pocomoke Maryland.
We are heading south on highway 13 towards Virginia Beach. After another significant rain storm during the night the sun is considering coming out but keeps stalling.
We stayed in a state park on the Pocomoke river where the foliage was extremely dense. Very moist and humid. After taking a shower and noting the huge fan running constantly, I wonder what we will find when we put the tent trailer back up again tonight---makes me wonder if there is some sort of anti-mold product one can purchase to spray down the canvas. We are pretty wet, even my bed has a wet corner due to the fact that I had my window open for air during the night, mistake I guess.
Our bellies are full of home fries we made for breakfast and all of our electronics are equally charged. I?m so glad I brought an electric strip.
Soon we will be going through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
More later,
MLH
