Our day off was relaxing. Spent the afternoon around the campground pool. The campground was actually full but the gal behind the desk let us come in to the overflow area anyway...said over the radio that I was the "nice gal from California". We were treated very well.
Set up Destiny, swam and ate and a Chinese Buffet. Then in the late evening, after Alec practiced her hard shoe on a stage next to us, and after she chatted in french to a group of young girls from Quebec, we went down to the boardwalk area to walk around. Saw a few good musicians and lots of interesting people to watch. The sea breeze coming off the Atlantic counter acted the heat blazing off the board walk.
By 10 30 we were ready to head back to the trailer and call it a night.
